Coral is one of the customizable colors in the Among Us video game. This color is quite famous for being the “winner” of a contest in the network in which the creators of Among Us decided to make a vote to see what color they would add in the game, between two colors: Coral and Olive. After this vote, Coral was the winner and was included as one of the official colors.
Coral had several possible names from its creators before they finally decided. Some of the names that were put on the table as options for this color were Salmon, Peach, Sunset, Flesh, Tongue and Worm. They finally decided on Coral, but there was still another dilemma, and that was the question of whether to bring out Coral or Olive as the new color.
There was a tie-breaking vote that was taken care of by the fans, and after this on the official Innersloth Discord server, Coral’s name was changed to “winner”, while Olive was changed to “loser”. However, later the name was changed back to “crewmate_coral”, while Olive’s name was kept as “loser”.
