Jailbreak adds a new game mode where there will be only one player who must hide from the 9 impostors who are chasing him. The prisoner will have to flee from the 9 imposters to escape in a helicopter.
What does Jailbreak include in Among Us ?
The imposters have the ability to shoot. On the map there are different weapons such as rifles, pistols or shotguns. Imposters will be able to change weapons in a certain area of the map. The prisoner will have a number of special abilities which are:
- Wall. Ability to put up a wall to block rooms or corridors.
- Flash Bomb. It blinds all players except the prisoner for a few moments.
- Trap. Allows you to set a trap that immobilizes whoever falls into it.
- Invisible. Allows the player to become invisible for a few seconds.
- UAV. Allows you to see the movements of all the players on the map.
- Gun Steal. Allows you to shoot other players. This ability is common to all players.
- Slow Motion. Slows down all impostors for a few seconds.
- Search for Item. Allows you to search in cabinets. Slow Motion and Teleport Device are two abilities that are hidden in these cabinets.
- Speed Buff. Allows you to sprint for a few seconds.
- Shank. Knife attack that eliminates the touched player.
- Teleport Device. Transports the prisoner to a specific location on the map that we can select.
On the map there are areas (plants, dirty clothes) where the prisoner can hide. The prisoner must complete a series of tasks as in the original version of the game. He will have to imitate security codes or fix electrical circuits to escape from the impostors and win the game.
